Try to install a lockbox

To make it convenient for potential buyers to view your property, I usually place a secure lockbox on the premises. To do so, I’ll need a key from you. Rest assured that these lockboxes are designed with safety in mind. I only grant access to the lockbox code once a showing appointment has been confirmed by you. The code is electronically changed daily and synced to each agent’s phone for security purposes.

Expert photography and videography available

Now comes the exciting part! I engage the services of a professional photographer/videographer to capture the essence of your home. All I ask is that you ensure the house is neat, tidy, and well-maintained. From there, it’s up to me and the photographer to showcase your property in the best light, making it stand out from the crowd.

Beguiling property description available

I take the time to craft captivating and unique property descriptions for your listings. By visualizing the potential buyers and understanding their preferences, I can focus on the details that will most appeal to them. With my highly descriptive and creative writing skills, I create descriptions that truly capture the essence of your home.

Signage installation

Once the property has been photographed, I arrange for my “For Sale” sign installer to place the sign in the most visible and convenient location on your property. This way, prospective buyers passing by can easily spot your listing.

Marketing technique

Now is when my administrative team and I work diligently to expose your property to as many qualified buyers as possible. I utilize various marketing channels, including social media, digital platforms, print advertising, direct mail, email, phone calls, and text messages. I leave no stone unturned when it comes to promoting your listing.

Feedback analysis

After a showing, if I haven’t personally shown your property, I have systems in place to request feedback from the buyer’s agent. This feedback is invaluable as it gives insight into the buyer’s perspective, their likes and dislikes, and thoughts on pricing. I promptly relay this feedback to you, ensuring you are well-informed and prepared when making decisions regarding offers.

Presenting Offer

When offers come in, I’m by your side, ready to assist and guide you in making the appropriate response. Whether it’s accepting an offer as is, formulating a well-thought-out counteroffer, or declining an offer, I draw upon my years of experience to provide expert advice. The initial response to an offer can greatly impact the success of the deal, and I’m here to help you make informed decisions.

Once an offer is accepted, I take care of coordinating inspections or bank appraisals, ensuring that you won’t have unexpected visitors showing up unannounced. Your peace of mind is important to me, and I handle the logistics so that you can focus on the next steps.
